Fork Extensions are used to extend the length of forks when long objects or large chassis need to be lifted and moved. It improves the efficiency of the forklift and ensures secure operation, specially for cargo in bigger size.

Attentions!     *Fork extensions being installed is not allowed exceed 50% longer than the original forks. In another word, it can’t be installed on the original forks shorter than “Min Fork Length” as the below specification sheet stated.     *During use, attenuation curve of the load (the connection of load center distance, lift height and the remaining load) should be taken into account to ensure safety.     * The load center of fork is 50 mm thick, steel wire rope on the front-ends prevents objects from sliding.

*Every 25mm fork extension exceeds the original fork, the load is reducing as follows:      a) 2000Kg-load forklift: 77Kg/25mm     b) 2300Kg-load forklift: 73Kg/25mm     c) 2500Kg-load forklift: 70Kg/25mm Specification
