Operation Instruction
1. Wrap the steel strap around the carton or package.
2. Grip the tensioner with right hand, insert two layers of steel strap into the slot from left side.
3. Pull the bar until steel strap becomes tight.
4. Use steel strap scissors cut off the excess part of steel strap
5. Note: Press the ratchet with right thumb, put pressure rocker in horizontal position with left hand;
6. Set one seal onto the strap, with opening down;
7. Open the strap sealer fully, bite the seal tightly by folding the handles together.
8. Hold the sealer and then remove it to the right side. |
Repair and Maintenance：
*The problems of wearing parts, loose screw, environmental pollution, and bad lubricating probably cause the malfunction during the operation. You shall clear it promptly to make it run properly. Good attention to the maintenance will have a much longer use of steel strapping tools
*Before every use, it shall be treated with lubricant.
*Timely remove the dust and dirt on the friction pulley
