Bind-Force Steel strapis generally used in packaging heavy and big dimension goods like aluminum, metal products, stone, machinery and equipment etc due to its greatest strength and most durability.
It has two types: blued strap and paint coated strap. The paint coated strap is better than blued strap for its corrosion resistance.

Product Features:
*No lap joints, no short feet. With only one joint in a small volume, pressure fused by special equipment, so that the same chemical composition of interface, size and mechanical properties meet the requirements.
*The edges smooth without edges and corners, to avoid the package and when the rower was scratched packaging.
*Surface after wax treatment, hand lubricant, reducing packaging and strip when the strip and being between the frictions between the packaging resistances to tightening the belt securely packaged.

Coil Winding
There are three types of coiling winding:single row, OSC, large winding.
Single row’s width is the same to steel strap’s width
OSC’s width is generally 64mm or 89mm.
Large winding’s width is 190mm, which is for steel strap in width of 31.74mm

JISG 3141 (Japan standard), A5 DIN 50114 (German standard) and China standard YB/T025-2002
Intensity levels 800 ~ 1000MPa, fully meet the manual, semi-automatic and automatic strapping requirements
